1. Custom Mold Development
According to customer’s cavity filter drawing, develop customized die-casting mold, finish cavity structure, positioning hole and assembly groove design to ensure one-piece forming of filter housing.

2. High Pressure Aluminum Die Casting
Melt ADC12 aluminum alloy, inject molten aluminum into closed mold under high pressure, form integrated filter cavity shell at one time, ensure dense internal structure and excellent electromagnetic shielding performance.
3. Post Casting Rough Processing
Take castings out after cooling, remove gate, runner and flash burrs by trimming machine; carry out shot blasting to clean surface oxide layer and improve adhesion for later surface treatment.
4. 5-Axis CNC Precision Machining
Adopt 5-axis CNC machining for key surfaces, threaded holes, tuning screw holes and RF cavity resonant tank. Control machining tolerance within ±0.005mm to guarantee RF signal transmission accuracy.
5. Professional Surface Finishing
Conduct anodizing or chemical passivation treatment on aluminum housing, boost corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and surface insulation; reduce signal interference caused by metal oxidation.
6. RF Debugging & Electrical Performance Test
Install resonant rod, tuning screw and internal accessories, adjust cavity frequency; complete full performance testing: insertion loss, return loss, isolation, power handling and shielding effectiveness.
7. Full Dimension & Appearance Inspection
Carry out dimensional inspection via CMM coordinate measuring machine, check surface scratch, deformation and coating defect; screen unqualified products to guarantee batch consistency.
8. Clean Assembly & Vacuum Packaging
Assemble matched connectors and sealing parts; clean internal cavity to avoid metal debris affecting signal; use moisture-proof vacuum package for finished cavity filters.
9. Delivery & Bulk Order Arrangement
Classify products by specifications, attach inspection report, arrange bulk shipment and support customized packaging for OEM customers.
