Processing Technology | Aluminium Parts 

We first develop customized die casting molds according to customer drawings. Then melt ADC12 aluminium alloy and form blanks via high-pressure die casting. After trimming and deburring, semi-finished products go through CNC precision machining to meet strict dimensional requirements. Optional surface treatments including sandblasting, anodizing and powder coating can be carried out as requested. All finished parts will pass strict dimensional and appearance inspection before protective packaging and delivery.
