Raw Aluminum Die Cast Housings

As the second step of our one-stop die casting solution, we produce raw aluminum die casting blanks from ADC12, A380 and 6061 alloys. Our advanced high-pressure die-casting machines precisely form complex housing structures with stable dimensional consistency. All blanks go through initial flash trimming and defect inspection to eliminate pores and cracks. After casting, all sharp edges, flash burrs and leftover parting lines on magnesium or aluminum die-cast workpieces are thoroughly removed via mechanical grinding, vibration polishing and manual trimming. We control consistent surface smoothness to avoid assembly scratches. Custom roughness standards are available to match your follow-up CNC machining, anodizing and coating procedures, ensuring defect-free finished parts for new energy, medical and electronic equipment.

Precision CNC Machining & Complete Surface Treatment Service

Step 4 of our one-stop die casting solution covers precise CNC machining and diversified surface finishing. After deburring, we conduct drilling, milling and tapping to meet strict dimensional tolerances. We provide powder coating, hard & decorative anodizing, sandblasting and polishing treatments. All processes strictly follow ISO standards to enhance corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance, perfectly matching parts for new energy, medical, communication and lighting equipment.

Strict Quality Inspection

We conduct full dimensional testing with calipers and coordinate measuring machines, checking tolerance, surface flaws, burrs and coating quality.
